We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is designed to be clear and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • The item is incorrect
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery (where applicable)

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Used or installed parts
  • Special order or customised items
  • Clearance or non-refundable items (clearly marked)

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. We will issue return instructions once approved

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returned items must be securely packaged

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
