- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after cut-off times will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery method.
- Free standard delivery is available on orders over £25 within the UK.
- Orders under £25 will incur a delivery charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries
