1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with LaunchCatering LTD, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
2. Use of Services
Our catering services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and truthful. Misrepresentation of information may result in order cancellation without refund.
3. Product Information & Availability
All product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order that contains inaccurate information. Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to your event. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during checkout. Late payments may result in order cancellation. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders are not confirmed until we have received payment and sent you a written confirmation. Order confirmation will include delivery date, time, location, and final pricing. Any changes to confirmed orders must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges if applicable.
6. Delivery & Service Terms
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver at the specified time. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.) do not constitute breach of contract. The customer is responsible for providing adequate facilities for food storage and preparation. We are not responsible for food quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit 50% of the total order value. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit 100% of the order value. No refunds will be issued for customer-requested changes made after order confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
LaunchCatering LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for losses resulting from allergic reactions, food intolerances, or failure to disclose dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
9. Allergen Information & Dietary Requirements
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our facilities are completely allergen-free. Please provide detailed information about all dietary needs to ensure safe food preparation and service.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of LaunchCatering LTD or our content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or to limit the scope of services provided. We may decline orders that we believe violate these terms or our policies. We are not obligated to provide services for events that may involve illegal activities or that conflict with our values.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
