Dispatch Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard UK delivery is 3-5 business days from dispatch. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Carrier Information: We use established logistics partners including Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce to deliver your orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy – 14 Days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in original packaging where possible
- If an item has been used or is not in resaleable condition, it will be returned to you at your own delivery cost
How to Return
Returning an item is simple:

- Await Authorisation: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions
- Ship Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided, using your preferred carrier
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it is unused and in resaleable condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
