2mm Slicing Disc for Hamoki HLC-300 Vegetable Prep Machine | 201010-P2

The 201010-P2 is a 2mm slicing disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Cuts a fine 2 mm slice, the setting most kitchens reach for when prepping cucumber, radish, courgette and potatoes for crisps, gratins and garnish work.

The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.
