4mm Grating Disc for Hamoki HLC-300 Vegetable Prep Machine | 201010-H4

The 201010-H4 is a 4mm grating disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Produces a medium 4 mm shred, the workhorse grade for coleslaw, rosti, salad bases and mixed vegetable prep.

The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.
