This 70mm gas valve control knob is a direct replacement for worn, cracked or missing knobs on commercial gas cooking equipment. It is designed to fit the standard 8mm x 6.5mm D-shaped shaft found on PEL 20, PEL 21 and PEL 21S gas valves, which are among the most widely used gas control valves in commercial catering equipment across the UK. The knob is supplied with a self-adhesive fascia sticker showing pilot, high-flame and low-flame positions, making it straightforward to reinstall and use safely.

PEL (Pintossi Emilio) gas valves are an industry standard component found on a wide range of commercial cooking appliances including wok cookers, tandoori ovens, gas grills, griddles and general-purpose range cookers.
