Countertop Electric Fryer 2 x 8 Litre Twin Tank with Drain Taps
Couldn't load pickup availability
The Hamoki EF-132V is a twin-tank countertop electric fryer with two independent 8 litre wells, so you can run two oils side by side and keep strongly flavoured food away from your main product.
Each tank has its own 3 kW element, thermostat, basket and drain tap, meaning one side can be turned off during quiet trade while the other keeps working. Frying fish or garlic mushrooms in a separate well stops those flavours transferring into the oil used for chips, which is the usual reason kitchens move up to a twin unit.

Frequently asked questions
What electrical supply does this fryer need?
It is a twin-tank unit rated 3 + 3 kW, and it needs two separate 13 amp sockets. Each tank draws a full 13 amp load, so both plugs should not sit on the same ring main or the circuit will trip under load. Confirm your kitchen has two suitable circuits before ordering.
What is the difference between oil capacity and tank capacity?
Oil capacity is how much oil you actually fill the fryer with in use. Tank capacity is the total volume of the vessel, which is larger to leave headroom for the oil to rise when food is lowered in. Always fill to the oil capacity mark, never to the top of the tank.
Why choose a twin tank fryer?
Two separate oils. Strongly flavoured items such as fish, plaice fillets or garlic mushrooms can be fried in one well without tainting the oil used for chips in the other. It also lets you run both wells at peak and shut one down when trade is quiet.
Does it have a drain tap?
Yes. An integrated drain tap lets you empty the oil down into a container rather than lifting and tipping a hot, full tank, which is both safer and faster at cleaning-down time.
Can the two tanks run at different temperatures?
Yes. Each tank has its own element and thermostat, so both can be set independently anywhere in the 50 to 190 C range, or one can be switched off entirely.
