Product Overview

This gas pilot spark ignition electrode is a universal-fit ceramic electrode designed to generate the spark that ignites pilot burner assemblies in a wide range of commercial gas appliances. When the ignition system fires, a high-voltage pulse travels via the HT lead to this electrode, producing a spark across the air gap to the burner body. A functioning pilot electrode is essential for safe gas valve operation — the thermocouple or flame sensor monitors the resulting pilot flame and only allows the main gas valve to open once ignition is confirmed. The 2.8mm spade connector is compatible with standard HT lead terminals used across most commercial gas ignition systems.
