The Hamoki GNR-6B is a two-tier GN pan holder carrying six GN 1/6 pans in two rows of three, fitting the same capacity as a metre-long rail into just 540 mm of counter width.
Stacking the pans on two levels is the answer when counter space is the constraint rather than reach. The upper tier stays visible above the lower one, so an operator can still see and select from all six pans. Six GN 1/6 100 mm pans and lids are included, on an SS201 stainless steel frame with anti-slip rubber feet.

Yes. The holder is supplied complete with its full set of GN 1/6 100 mm pans and matching lids, so there is nothing further to buy before putting it into service.
What size pans does it take?
GN 1/6 pans at 100 mm deep. GN 1/6 is a Gastronorm standard size measuring 176 x 162 mm, so any GN 1/6 100 mm pan will drop straight in, not only the ones supplied.
Should I choose the 2-tier GNR-6B or the in-line GNR-6A?
Both hold six GN 1/6 pans at the same price. The GNR-6B stacks them on two tiers and takes only 540 mm of width, but stands 285 mm tall and 435 mm deep. The GNR-6A puts all six in one row, needing 990 mm of width but only 230 mm of depth. Pick whichever matches the space you actually have free.
How much counter space does it need?
It is 540 mm wide, 435 mm deep and 285 mm high. Check the height clearance as well as the footprint if it is going under a shelf or a heated gantry.
How is it cleaned?
The pans and lids lift out for washing, and the SS201 stainless steel frame wipes down. There are no fabric or porous surfaces, which is what makes it suitable for food preparation areas.
