The Henny Penny 16112 is the complete lid hinge assembly — the structural metal bracket and pivot mechanism that mounts the fryer lid to the rear of the frypot body. This is the foundational component of the entire lid system: every other hinge-related part — the spring (186381), hinge pin (16110), and Tru-Arc retainer rings (16111) — mounts into or around this assembly.
