⚠️ SAFETY CRITICAL PART — This is a pressure safety relief valve. Always ensure the correct replacement is fitted and tested by a qualified engineer before returning the fryer to service.

About This Part

This is a replacement steam pressure safety relief valve for Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers. The safety relief valve is one of the most important components on a pressure fryer — it is designed to automatically release excess pressure from the frying vat if pressure exceeds the safe operating limit of 15 PSI, protecting both the equipment and kitchen staff.

If your fryer is venting steam unexpectedly, leaking from the relief valve, or if the valve fails to hold pressure at the correct set point, the valve should be inspected and replaced. A faulty relief valve is a safety hazard and the fryer must not be operated until a replacement is fitted.

Universal Fit — No Country Variant Required

Unlike the solenoid valve which has 50Hz/60Hz variants, this is a purely mechanical valve with no electrical components. It is suitable for all markets worldwide — UK, Europe, USA, Australia and beyond. One part fits all.

Fits Models

Compatible with Henny Penny Pressure Fryer models: 500, PFE-500, 561, PFE-561, 580, PFE-580, 581, PFE-581, 600, PFE-600, 680, PFE-680 — both gas and electric variants, single phase and three phase.
