The 201010-D8 is an 8 x 8 mm dicing disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Produces a neat 8 x 8 mm dice, the small-cube grade for soups, sauces, mirepoix and stews where the vegetable should soften into the dish.
