Description
This Fryer Burner Kit fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45, GT45E, GT46 and GT46E 450mm single pan and twin pan gas fryers, matched to Blue Seal part number 022575. It is the main infrared burner assembly that heats the fry pan, so a damaged or burnt-out burner causes slow heat-up, poor recovery or uneven frying. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
