Description
This Interrupted Thermocouple fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45, GT45E, GT46, GT46E, GT60 and GT60E 450mm single pan, twin pan and 600mm single pan gas fryers, matched to Blue Seal part number 018094. It sits in the pilot flame and holds the flame failure device open, so a failed thermocouple means the pilot will not stay lit once the button is released. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
