Description
This Nova Millivolt Gas Valve Kit fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45, GT46 and GT60 450mm single pan, twin pan and 600mm single pan gas fryers, matched to Blue Seal part number 018089K. It controls gas flow to the main burners on the manual control fryers, powered by the millivolt output of the thermopile, so a faulty valve stops the burners lighting or cycling with the thermostat. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
