Description
This Thermocouple 850mm M8 fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45, GT45E, GT60 and GT60E 450mm single pan and 600mm single pan gas fryers, matched to Blue Seal part number 227865. It senses the pilot flame and keeps the gas safety circuit open while the flame is present, so a worn thermocouple causes the pilot to go out. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
