Description
This Thermostat Kit fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45E 450mm single pan gas fryer, matched to Blue Seal part number 018021K. It controls oil temperature by switching the burners on and off, and a failing thermostat causes oil to run too hot, too cool or to cycle erratically. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
