About This Part
This is a high-quality replacement steam solenoid valve for Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers. The solenoid valve is a critical electromechanical component that holds pressure inside the frying vat during the cook cycle. It closes automatically at the start of each cook cycle and opens again when the timer ends, releasing pressure safely.
If your fryer is failing to build pressure, or pressure is not holding during the cook cycle, a faulty or worn solenoid valve is one of the most common causes. This replacement valve restores full pressure performance to your fryer.

Installation Notes
Always disconnect power before replacing. The solenoid coil wires can be connected in either order. If only the coil is faulty, Part No. 18706 (coil only) can be fitted without replacing the full valve body. If Teflon seals are worn, use repair kit Part No. 17120 to restore the valve without a full replacement.
