Henny Penny 18724 Steam Solenoid Valve

This replacement steam solenoid valve is designed for compatibility with specified Henny Penny commercial pressure fryers. The valve closes at the start of the cook cycle and opens when the timer ends to release pressure.

If a fryer is not building or holding pressure during the cook cycle, a worn or faulty solenoid valve may be one possible cause. Check the existing part number, electrical supply and valve specification before ordering.

Installation Notes

Disconnect power before replacement. The solenoid coil wires can be connected in either order. If only the coil is faulty, Part No. 18726 can be fitted without replacing the full valve body. Where Teflon seals are worn, repair kit Part No. 17120 can be used to repair the valve.
