This high limit safety thermostat provides overtemperature protection for commercial gas fryers, cutting off the gas supply when oil temperature reaches 232C (450F). Designed for use with a 3/8 inch NPT stuffing gland, it is a universal-style replacement that fits a wide range of fryer brands including Atosa, Imperial, Royal Range, Anets, Infernus, KRD, Adexa and CaterBake.
