This Robertshaw high limit safety cut-off thermostat is a direct replacement for Hamoki gas fryers. It protects against overtemperature by cutting off the gas supply when oil reaches 232°C (450°F). Fitted with a 915mm (36") capillary and a 3/8" capillary gland, it is a reliable OEM-style replacement for the models listed below.
