The Hamoki KYL43 is a knee-operated commercial hand wash basin built for kitchens where hand hygiene has to happen without touching a tap. A knee push panel starts the flow, so staff can wash between handling raw and ready-to-eat food without recontaminating their hands on a handle.
Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, the grade specified for food-contact and wash-down environments because it resists corrosion from constant water and detergent.
