PEL 23S gas tap safety valve, Part No LC-PEL23S/LF. A high-output replacement valve for Chinese wok cookers and large multi-jet burners in commercial kitchens. It has an M28x1.5 inlet, M24x1.5 outlet, M10x1 pilot connection and M10x1 thermocouple connection for flame-failure protection, with a 25/17mm shaft, left flat and 1.7mm bypass nozzle.
