This 70mm black gas tap control knob features a clearly marked ignition flame symbol and is designed for replacement on commercial gas cooking equipment. It fits a 10mm x 8mm D-shaped shaft, making it suitable for PEL 22 and PEL 23S gas valves as well as other commercial gas taps using the same shaft size. The ignition flame symbol allows kitchen operators to quickly and safely identify the ignition position on busy equipment.

PEL 22 and PEL 23S valves are widely used on high-output commercial appliances including Chinese wok cookers, high-BTU gas ranges, commercial grills and griddles. The knob body is constructed from heat-resistant material with a professional black finish that withstands the demanding conditions of a commercial kitchen environment. A self-adhesive indicator sticker is included and can be positioned in four orientations to suit different valve mounting configurations.
