Description
This Nova Gas Control Valve 24V fits the Blue Seal Evolution Series GT45E, GT46E and GT60E 450mm single pan, twin pan and 600mm single pan gas fryers, matched to Blue Seal part number 228617. It controls gas flow to the main burners on the electronic E-model fryers, opening and closing on signal from the digital controller. The same part is used on Natural Gas and LPG versions of the fryer.
