This high-tension spark ignition lead connects the piezo igniter or electronic ignition module to the spark electrode in commercial gas catering equipment. The HT lead carries the high-voltage pulse generated by the igniter to the electrode tip, where it bridges the spark gap and ignites the pilot or main burner. The 2.4mm male push-fit spade connector on this lead accepts the standard female terminal on most commercial gas spark electrodes, including SIT, Lincat and Henny Penny types. The heat-resistant insulation prevents breakdown in the high-temperature environment near commercial gas burners.
