This manual-reset high limit safety thermostat is designed to cut power to your gas fryer when oil temperature exceeds 232 °C (450 °F), helping protect components and prevent oil breakdown. It features a 6.4 mm × 120 mm probe, 30″ (762 mm) capillary, and 1/4″ stuffing gland for a secure install. With 1 pole / 3 connections, it’s a straightforward replacement for many popular commercial fryers.
