Product Overview

The SIT straight spark electrode with 2.4mm female pin connection is a precision ignition component used in pilot burner assemblies on commercial gas catering equipment. When the piezo igniter or electronic ignition module fires, it sends a high-voltage pulse through the HT lead to this electrode, generating a spark that lights the pilot flame. Without a functioning electrode the pilot burner cannot ignite, meaning the main gas valve will not open and the appliance will not operate. This part carries SIT part number 0.915.025 and is the correct straight-type electrode for systems using a female 2.4mm HT lead connection.
