Important Information
Pilot burners must be fitted by a Gas Safe registered engineer (UK) or qualified gas service technician. Isolate the gas supply before fitting, swap the orifice if converting from Natural Gas to LPG, and leak-test all joints. After fitting, allow the thermocouple or thermopile to heat fully and verify flame pattern before commissioning the appliance.

Customers replacing the 6CH14-10 commonly also need a matching Robertshaw 1900-series thermocouple or thermopile, a pilot tube cleaner for blocked orifices, and a roll of 1/4 inch aluminium pilot tubing. Browse our pilot burner spares collection for the full service kit.
