Product Overview

The Robertshaw RX-2-24 is a millivolt-type control thermostat for commercial gas fryers. Providing temperature regulation between 200F and 400F (93C to 204C), it uses a snap-acting hydraulic mechanism to interrupt gas supply when the set temperature is reached. The RX-2-24 features a 24 inch capillary and a 3/8 inch NPT stuffing gland with an 8mm bulb diameter. It is a widely recognised replacement that crosses to Vulcan Hart, Cecilware, Adcraft, Atosa and Star Manufacturing equipment among others. OEM references include Robertshaw 5300-402 and Atosa 301030004.
